      Refund Policy

      We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

      We regret that for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of food that have been opened unless there is a defect in the product or you received the jars damaged.

      Refunds, where applicable, will be made between 10 and 45 days – onto the original mode of payment. Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

      - The incorrect product was shipped
      - The product is defective
      - The product has been damaged during shipping
      - The product is tampered.



      All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
      Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
      To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
      If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must not open or use any of the products if you wish to return them.

      We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

      You will not have any right to cancel an order if you unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

      We try to limit the returns for environmental reasons, as you are a member of Wakingland tribe now, we know that you too care about minimizing waste. However if you are not happy with your purchase we will make sure to return the products in the most sustainable way possible.
