How to Brew Earl Grey Tea
To properly brew Earl Grey, add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to 8 ounces of purified or spring water. You can add more or less leaves to achieve the flavor you enjoy the best. Brew it in water that is 194 ºF (90 ºC) for 2 to 5 minutes.
